Alex’s One-Minute Meditation
1. Sit upright in a comfortable position, Alex prefers cross-legged on the ground.
2. Close your eyes and lower your gaze.
3. Focus on your breath as it flows in and out of your body.
4. If your mind wanders, gently bring your attention back to your breath.
5. Your mind might eventually find tranquility, or it may not. Even if you sense complete stillness, it could just be fleeting. Should you experience anger or frustration, recognize that these feelings are transient. Regardless of the outcome, simply allow things to be as they are.
6. When the music stops, open your eyes and take in your surroundings.
7. Enjoy your meditation!
